7 yr old girl presented with infected ear piercing after traumatic removal of ear ring. Lacerated wound on ear lobe. Bleeding followed by watery discharge Pain- when touched or while bathing, Patient was prescribed hypericum 200 twice for 8 days followed by Arnica 30 twice for 8 days Cleaning and dressing the wound with calendula ointment Wound healed and infection cleared after 15 days of treatment.

A girl child of 4 years presented with vomitting and diarrhoea since 2 days Vomitting ,&diarrhoea after eating outside food . Vomitting -could not retain anything Diarrhoea -watery stools ,immediately after eating anything . Patient was advised ORS and prescribed Arsenic alb 200 one dose Vomitting and diarrhoea was reduced next day . Patient was better in 2 days.

36 yrs male patient with blackish patches on legs since 11/2 yrs itching better by scratching aversion to milk ,ghee. He had a troubled marriage & divorce, his wife had some mental problem and used to fight with him and his parents ,she used to threaten him with law .he used to get very angry on her but felt that he should supress his emotions he was so involved with her that he was not able to let her go though he knew it was foolish of him to doso.The patches on skin appeared after his divorce.He is religious,does meditation to overcome the grief but feels he has not got over it. Patient was given Natrum muriaticum 1 M ,Thuja 1m later increased to nat mur 10 M All the patches were cleared.
